1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings will follow the respective hotel’s policy.
Room allocation depends on current availability; no reservations are held until full confirmation. The shared quotation is only an offer and does not constitute a confirmed booking.

If the mentioned hotels are unavailable, VT HOLIDAYS reserves the right to provide similar or equivalent alternatives of the same category.

2. Meals and Services

Meal timings must be followed as per the schedule set by the hotel.
No refund or compensation will be provided for any missed or unutilized meals, services, or facilities.
All buffet or room service meals are subject to hotel policy and management discretion.

3. Identification and Check-In

Guests are required to carry a valid government-approved photo ID for check-in at hotels and at the airport.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to hotel availability and must be settled directly by the guest at the property.

4. Payment and Charges

VT HOLIDAYS has no hidden charges apart from what is specified in your package. Expenses such as lunch, personal shopping, or tips are not included unless clearly stated.
If anyone requests additional payments during your trip without prior company approval, VT HOLIDAYS will not be held responsible for such transactions.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Liability

No refund will be issued for any unused services, including accommodation, meals, transport, or sightseeing, due to bad weather, strikes, road closures, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our control.
VT HOLIDAYS shall not be liable for any losses arising from such situations.

We strongly recommend reviewing the official websites and online reviews of the hotels mentioned in your itinerary before confirming your booking. If you wish to upgrade any hotel, please request alternative options before final confirmation.

6. Travel Assistance

If you encounter any issue during your travel (related to hotel, transport, or service), please contact your VT HOLIDAYS tour executive immediately so that we can assist you in real time.
Complaints raised after completing the trip will not be considered for compensation or refund.

7. Responsibility and Limitations

Unused services or meals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
No discounts or modifications will be applicable once the package is confirmed and payment is processed.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal matters related to these Terms & Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

9. Acknowledgment

Please read all the above Terms & Conditions carefully before making your booking. Once you confirm your reservation, it will be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the policies stated herein.
