Cancellation Policy

At VT HOLIDAYS (vtholidaystrip.com), we understand that travel plans may change. However, certain charges apply to cover the costs incurred during the booking process. Please read our cancellation terms carefully.

1. Cancellation & Amendment Charges
20% of the total package cost will be charged for booking amendments or plan changes after confirmation.
30% of the total package cost will be charged once the booking is confirmed or the hotel voucher is issued.
Cancellations made 45 days or more before departure: 30% of the package cost will be charged.
Cancellations made 35 to 44 days before departure: 40% of the package cost will be charged.
Cancellations made 22 to 34 days before departure: 50% of the package cost will be charged.
Cancellations made 14 to 21 days before departure: 100% of the package cost will be charged.
No flexibility in the travel plan will be entertained once the journey has started.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
The advance payment made for booking confirmation is non-refundable under all circumstances.
No refund or adjustment will be made in case of natural calamities, landslides, bad weather, strikes, political unrest, or acts of terrorism, which are beyond the company’s control.
However, VT HOLIDAYS will make every possible effort to assist you in such situations.
No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed tours, meals, or accommodations due to any reason beyond our control.

3. Hotel and Supplier Policies
All cancellation, refund, and amendment policies are also subject to the respective hotel or service provider’s rules and terms.
Any charges imposed by third parties will be borne by the Traveler.

4. Communication of Cancellations
All cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing via email to our official company address.
Verbal or informal communication will not be considered valid.

5. Amendments & Future Travel
Any modification in the original booking must be requested in writing via email and will be subject to approval and availability.
In case of a pandemic or viral outbreak, refunds may not be issued; however, we may offer rescheduling or future travel credits depending on the situation and partner policies.
