Day-wise itinerary

  1. Day 1/ (Cochin)

    After you arrive in Kochi, also known as Cochin, via Cochin Airport or the railway station, our tour guide meets you and transfers you to your hotel. After checking in, get some rest. Later, visit St. Francis Church and Mattancherry Palace. After that, visit Santa Cruz Basilica. Walk on APJ Abdul Kalam Marg. It is a walkway beside the backwaters. Return to the hotel by evening. Enjoy your dinner and stay overnight.

  2. Day2/ (Cochin to Munnar)

    After breakfast, check out of your hotel. Now drive to Munnar. The journey takes around 4 hours. Stop at Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls. Upon arrival at your hotel, rest. Later, visit the Flower Garden (Floriculture Centre). Explore tea plantations to see how tea leaves grow. Choose a guided spice tour. Return to the hotel. Stay overnight after having dinner.

  3. Day 3/ (Munnar Sightseeing)

    After finishing your breakfast, it's time to start another sightseeing day in Munnar. Visit Photo Point and Mattupetty Dam. Visit Eravikulam National Park (at your own cost). Note that this National Park remains closed in February. See Nilgiri tahr grazing a few meters from the paths. Visit Echo Point and Kundala Lake. Enjoy the tea plantations around the area. Return to the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight.

  4. Day4 (Munnar to Thekkady)

    Have breakfast and check out of your hotel. Drive to Thekkady. Have a rest after your arrival at your hotel. Visit the Periyar Tiger Reserve (at your own cost) and Periyar Lake. Also visit spice plantations in Thekkady. End your day by watching a Kathakali show and exploring the local market in the evening. Return to the hotel, have dinner and get a good night's sleep.

  5. Day 5 (Thekkady to Alleppey)

    Check out of your hotel after breakfast. Drive to Alleppey. The drive is about 138 km and takes around 4 hours. Board your houseboat at 12 noon. In this floating private room, you will be served welcome drinks and all meals, including lunch and dinner. This houseboat slowly cruises through lakes and canals in the daytime. Comfortable bedrooms and all other required facilities make it a perfect place to stay. Enjoy your houseboat ride and stay overnight.

  6. Day6 (Going Cochin)

    Have breakfast on the houseboat. Check-out is around 9 am. If you have time before your transfer, you can visit Alappuzha Beach. Our team member will drop you off at Cochin Airport or the railway station.
