Day-wise itinerary

  1. Day 1

    After your arrival at the Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station, our team member meets you and takes you to your hotel in Gangtok. Check in to your hotel and have some rest. In the evening, visit Mall Road, enjoy the breathtaking views and explore the eateries and cafes. Return to the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight.

  2. Day 2

    After having your breakfast, start exploring Gangtok. Tsomgo Lake, also spelt Changu Lake(If Tsomgo Lake is closed, then another spot will be added for sightseeing). Explore souvenir shops and tea stalls. Next on the list is Baba Mandir. By evening, return to the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight.

  3. Day 3

    Start your day with breakfast. Check out of your hotel. Drive to Darjeeling. This around 120 km drive, which takes around 4 hours, is full of scenic views and stops. Apart from being a famous hill station, this place is also known for its tea plantations not only in India but also in the world. Check in to your hotel in Darjeeling. Enjoy your dinner and have a good sleep.

  4. Day 4

    Get up at 03:00 AM, get ready for one of the best sunrises. Leave for Tiger Hill. The sunrise view over Mt. Kanchenjunga from Tiger Hill is truly heart-touching. During the return journey from Tiger Hill, visit Ghoom Monastery. Next on the list is Batasia Loop. Come back to the hotel and enjoy your breakfast or lunch. Now, in the second half of the day, visit the Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. Visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed every Thursday) and P.N. Zoological Park (closed every Thursday). If time allows, visit the Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed every Sunday), Tenzing Rock and return to the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight.

  5. Day 5

    Enjoy breakfast and check out from the hotel. Our tour guide will drop you off at Bagdogra Airport/NJP Railway Station.
